Come with your friends, try out yourself how contemporary art is created at Eksperimenta! and see great films at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
Eksperimenta! 2014 Art & Science welcomes students to school excursions! We offer two different programmes:
“Make your own Eksperimenta!” – introduction to the curating practice, or how to understand and decipher art. The programme helps to shed light onto the process of analyzing artworks and offers a playful opportunity for the participants to re-curate the E! exhibition according to a specific theme and create a new exhibition project based on their own concept.
2 x 60 minutes
Price for a group (up to 34 students) 34 EUR
Booking: [email protected]
“Eksperimenta! + JustFilm = J” – a day full of contemporary culture in Tallinn.
A.M. visit to Eksperimenta!
Free time for lunch
P.M. film festival screening
Price for groups of more than 40 students is 4 EUR per student, accompanying teachers free of charge.
The programme takes place from 14th to 23rd November from Tuesday to Sunday. Film festival schedule is available at www.justfilm.ee from 15th October.
To book, please email: [email protected]
In addition, Eksperimenta! exhibitions can be visited completely free of charge by booking your visit at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected] and looking at the exhibition either on your own or grabbing a free worksheet “Art & Science”, which helps to explain and focus on the most exciting works at the triennial. The worksheets are available at the triennial venue free of charge from 1st November. The worksheets are in Estonian and English.
