Eksperimenta! director Annely Köster is representing Eksperimenta! in the European InSEA Regional Conference, which will take place on 21st - 24th of June, in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland. Annely Köster will hold a presentation about Eksperimenta! on 23rd of June at 2 pm.
The aim of the participation of Eksperimenta! is to introduce The Contemporary Art Triennial for School Students Eksperimenta! to the art education professionals around Europe; to find collaboration partners on various levels for implementing Eksperimenta! and to invite the international art education community to participate in Eksperimenta! and at the events of the European Capital of Culture, in Tallinn, 2011.
The InSEA (International Society of Education through Art) European congress will take place on 21st - 24th of June in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland. The main purpose of the InSEA Society is the encouragement and advancement of creative education through art and crafts in all countries and the promotion of international understanding. Focusing on vital present and future issues and challenges of art education, the scientific and artistic programme of the congress is designed to improve dialogue from diverse perspectives and to offer a platform for generating new visions and methods for the research and practice of art education at all levels and sectors.
